We offer a comprehensive array of planning, management, and consulting services—including: program development; site selection; negotiation and contracting; and database, attendee, and budget management. We have supported everything from individual sessions to weeklong conferences with hundreds of meetings over several days. We provide everything you need—and only what you need.

From the initial concept to the final invoice reconciliation, we work with you to create a meeting plan that fulfills every requirement within the budget you set. If you need ideas for a venue, we can suggest them. If you already know where you want to go, we can get you there. We review, reserve and prepare all meeting spaces. We coordinate all deliveries, transportation and A/V equipment rentals as needed. We execute contracts, handle all receipts and invoicing, and ensure the security and confidentiality of any sensitive meeting materials. We take care of the details, so you can take care of business.

Our services scale to your precise requirements—we will do as much or as little as you need to ensure a seamless event. For smaller events, we can provide a single on-site facilitator or simply offer remote support by phone or online. For larger events, we can send a team of three or more coordinators to make sure that every detail goes according to plan—and to troubleshoot anything that doesn’t. Our trained professional planners are skilled at problem solving and are equipped to handle any unexpected developments on the fly. We can provide on-site office and printing services, food and beverage delivery, last-minute travel changes—you name it. We will get you whatever you need, whenever you need it.
